You “sell” us your receivables – your commission – which we “buy” with no credit check or financial statement needed.

Q: What do I need?
A: All you need is a ratified, non-contingent contract with preliminary loan approval. And a phone to call Commission Express.

Q: How does it work?
A: This could be the best and easiest business transaction you'll ever complete.
Here's what happens:
1. The day you ratify your contract, we'll fax or email our simple, easy-to-understand application. You'll already have most of the documentation we need.
2. Just fill out the application and fax or mail it to us along with the documents.
3. For your first transaction – upon our review and approval – you'll need to stop by our conveniently located office so we can meet you, get your documents signed and, many times, hand you a check.
Note: After the first transaction, there's substantially less documentation needed so, while we're always happy to see you, you don't have to come in to our offices for future transactions.

Q: Okay, when do I get my check?
A: Typically within 2 days after we receive the complete documentation – often the same day.

A: Upon approval, we'll write you a check for 84% of your total commssion - and you'll receive another 10% (the "holdback") after settlement.

Q: Any limits?
A: No way. We underwrite each transaction on its own merit and make our decision
on a transaction-by-transaction basis. So there are no set advance limits.

Q: What does this service cost?
A: You pay nothing up front. Your cost is called a "discount" and is paid from settlement. Commission Express discounts the commission from 6% - 15% on 15 - 90 day settlements.
